Refund policy

Returns for Exchange or Refund

  • You can request a return for an exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. After this period, we can only offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

Condition of Items

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition. This means:
    • There should be no signs of wear, damage, or usage.
    • The product must not have been altered or modified in any way.
    • The return request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 7 days.
    • We are unable to accept returns on special or custom orders, as these are made specifically for you.
    • If a specific item description mentions a different return policy or time frame, please follow those guidelines instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out to Customer Support as soon as possible. We want to make it right for you.
    • If your item is defective or incorrect, we'll offer either a store credit or a cash refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Inspection

  • Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. Your refund will be processed after this inspection.

Restocking Fee

  • Please note, we charge a 25% restocking fee for returns that are not damaged and are not being exchanged. If you plan to return an item, please make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
    • Items that are returned after 7 days or without prior contact will not be refunded. Make sure to reach out to us within the allowed time to avoid any issues.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is not due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item), you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
    • This includes any items that were originally sent with free shipping. The shipping cost we paid to send the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
